Q: When will my order be shipped?

We'll do our very best to process and ship all orders placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday on the same day. If you order over the weekend or after 2pm on Friday, then it will be shipped the next business day.

 

Q: Is my order in stock?

The Village BMX caries a very large inventory of all your favourite BMX needs and any item that is showing as Available is currently in stock. Backorder items are stocked items that are in the process of being supplied. We allow you to order backordered stock so you can get it as soon as it arrives on our doorstep (usually 2-3 days). If there is any error with our stock levels, we will contact you as soon as possible.

On rare occasions, items that are confirmed to be in transit to us from our supplier may be listed as being in stock. These orders will be dispatached immediately when the items get to us.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $199 will be shipped for free to any Australia or New Zealand destination by regular Post.

Orders $199 & under will incur a small flat rate of $10 shipping within Australia and $15 flat rate to New Zealand using Australia Post regular shipping.

 

Q: Do you ship to International destinations?

Yes, we now ship to New Zealand, but do not sell or ship to any other International destinations. if you have any questions regarding international shipping please email us at info@thevillagebmx.com.

 

Q: Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes, The Village now ships daily to New Zealand. If you have any questions please call or email us, we are open 7 days 'til late.

 

Q: Can you ship Express?

Yes! Our Express Delivery is super competitive & probably the fastest in the BMX Industry! Use the shipping calculator on a specific product to see the rate or select Express Shipping at checkout to get a shipping cost for the entire order.

Express Shipping means that we will dispatch your order out same-day (or next day, if ordered after 2pm). In most cases your order should arrive in 1-2 days to most major Australian destinations. Please allow slightly longer for remote & rural locations. 

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select. To see an estimate on how long a package will take to arrive:

Australia & New Zealand:

NZ - 2 to 5 working days
NSW - 1 to 4 working days
ACT - 1 to 4 working days
QLD - 1 to 4 working days
VIC - 2 to 5 working days
SA - 2 to 6 working days
WA - 5 to 8 working days
NT - 5 to 9 working days
TAS - 5 to 9 working days

Q: Can I come and collect my order from your store?

Yes, The Village BMX has 30 minute Click & Collect! Select in store pickup as your shipping method and drop in within business hours to pick it up. Please note you will require photo ID to collect your order.

Items must be in stock and available for your click & collect order to be prepared within 30 minutes. 

 

Q: Is insurance and tracking included with delivery?

Yes, for peace of mind your order comes with complimentary tracking and insurance. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Q: What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home to collect your order the delivery company should leave a card in your letterbox.

 

Q: It has been 7 to 8 working days and my order has not arrived?

You can either check the tracking status with your tracking number or contact us at info@thevillagebmx.com and we will investigate where your order is and get back to you as soon as possible.
