Shipping Policy

Q: When will You ship my order?

We'll do our very best to process all orders placed before 2pm (AEST) on  Tuesday-Friday and 12pm on Monday shipped same-day. If you order over the weekend, or after 2pm, then it will be shipped the next business day.

 

Q: Is my order in stock?

Any item that is showing as Available is actually in stock. Backorder items are stocked items that are in the process of being supplied. We allow you to order Backordered stock so you can get it as soon as it arrives on our doorstep (tipically 1-2 days). If there is any error with our stock levels we will contact you as soon as possible.

On rare occasions items that are confirmed to be in transit to us from our supplier may be listed as being in stock. These orders will be dispatached immediately when the items arrive have arrive.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $99 will be shipped for free to any Australia Destination by regular Post or road freight.

Orders under $99 will incur a flat $10 pack & post charge within Australia using Australia Post.

 

Q: Can you ship Express?

We offers Express Shipping at very competitive prices. Use the shipping calculator on a specific product to see the rate or select Express Shipping at checkout to get a shipping cost for the entire order.

Express Shipping means that we will dispatch your order out same-day (or next day, if ordered after 2pm). Your parcel should be received in 1-2 days to most major Australian destinations. Please allow slightly longer for remote & rural locations. 

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select. To see an estimate on how long a package will take to arrive, please go to the website for the relevant freight provider (see below) and enter 4108 as the origin postcode.

Q: Can I come and collect my order from your store?

Yes. Select in store pickup as your shipping method and drop in within business hours to pick it up. Please note you will require photo ID for us to release the order.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
